PUBLIC SPACE FORMAT. The exhibition in The General Staff Building of Hermitage Museum 19 March – 29 April 2016 The exhibition space was released in such a way as to organize three separate areas, in each of which we used separate visual languages of presenting the material. In the first one – video in combination with sound. In the second - double-sided labyrinth made of photos in light boxes. The third – mosaic composition, in which there are combined and actively working photo and video images the sizes of which coincide with each other. This way the distinct contrast between static and dynamic, loud and mute arises. Four story pieces that are transmitted on the screens are synchronized and form a complex logical sequence exploring the subject of movement and determination. |
PUBLIC SPACE FORMAT. The exhibition in Galeria Shopping Mall as a part of Galeria Sport Week 30 May – 5 June 2016 By the Hermitage exhibition closing time, we received the proposition form Galeria Shopping Mall to continue the exhibition there as a part of Sport Week. Specially for that we made a new more compact installation, which was demonstrating in more compressed version of the project for all the mall visitors. |
ONLINE FORMAT. Multimedia version of the project in Internet view website Photo, video and audio as well as texts accumulated during three months of shooting are combined and presented in the form of a longread. It gives the site visitors the possibility to go step by step through the story of disabled people in the big sport gradually getting absorbed into the topic. |
PRINTED FORMAT. Limited art publication consisting of three parts The book is presented in three volumes ("People" — "The disabled" — "Sportsmen") under the same cover. The parts have the same number of pages, but differ from each other in terms of the dynamic of narration. Here even more than in other formats of the project you can feel the sequence of the consistent story composed with the quotes of different subjects. The book can be found in the General Stuff Building shop and all the money raised through the sales of the publication will be transferred to «Tochka Opory» charitable foundation that help the Paralympic athletes reach new champion titles. |
